Analysis Service of trace pure substances and complex mixtures, mainly in environmental and food matrices, by liquid chromatography coupled to high resolution and tandem mass spectrometry (LC-HRMS and MS/MS).
This service is composed by three instruments:
- Triple quadrupole analyzer (TSQ Quantum model) with a HPLC and on-line SPE systems for target analysis;
- Orbitrap analyzer (HCD-Exactive model) with a HPLC system in order to identify unknown compounds and their transformation products by target and non-targeted analysis;
- Tribrid analyzer (Q-Orbitrap-IT) (Eclipse model) with nano-micro-UPLC, on-line SPE and Turbo Flow systems, that also allow to perform single cell analysis and multi-omics analysis (metabolomics, lipidomics, proteomics)
